Duality
A spectrum between two extreme values
Reality is fragmented in dualities.
From the simplest
human perceivable dualities to the most complex emergent ones.
In
time
such as eternity (beginning to end), duration (beginning to end), change (before to after), cycle
(start to finish), frequency (slow to fast), (...).
In space such as mass (few particles to many particles), size (small to big), position (left
to right), temperature (cold to hot), color (black to white), sound (silence to noise), (...).
Emergences such as weight (light to heavy), state (static to dynamic), course (united to
separated), beauty (ugly to beautiful), aliveness (birth to death), wakefulness (asleep to
awake),
consciousness (inert to conscious), (...).
Weight is considered an emergent duality since it is a combination of multiple masses
(particles with very close distances between them) and close distance between them (...).
A duality is directly or indirectly interconnected with others.
Directly interconnected such as luminious intensity (candela) with temperature; or beauty with
color and sound; or temperature of apples in a basket with distance between them.
Indirectly interconnected such as the market price of an apple through time with its frequency
of sale; or the planet weather through the gravity, luminious intensity, movement (...) with
its position from the sun.
Interconnected dualities emerge and dissolve other dualities.
Such as with time and space and otherwise. Ones emerging from others emerging from others.
From the simplest undivisible to the most complex divisible.
Such as time, space, position, mass, temperature (...) emerges particles to
atom to object to body to astro.
Such as temperature, luminious intensity (...) emerges astro to planet to
asteroid to star.
Such as aliveness, wakefulness, consciousness (...) emerges object to
rock to cell to bacteria to plant to animal to
human.
Such as date, duration, planet, location, altitude, temperature, wind speed (...) emerges
peaceful weather to rainfall to hurricane.
A human language lexicon are ways to fragment and interconnect simple and complex dualities
for human communication.
The value of a duality at a moment is its activity.
Such as temperature as 30°C at 9AM.
The value of a duality in a duration changes or stablishes by
forces.
Such as temperature changing from 30°C to 35°C in 1 hour, or stablishing in the same 30°C for
the same hour.
The value of a duality in a duration changing from and to between two values is its
cycle.
Such as temperature changing from 10°C to 40°C to 10°C in a day.
